Availability of products

Receipt of the goods
The delivery obligation is fulfilled by transferring the material availability or in any case the control of the products to the user. To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the recipient's signature on receipt upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
The user acknowledges that the withdrawal of the product is his specific obligation deriving from the purchase contract. Returns and exchanges
If, after the purchase of a product and its receipt by the user, the latter, for any reason, is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned only for the following reasons: refund or change of size and / or color within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged and with the return sign still attached.
Returned items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use.

Customers are requested to provide photographic evidence proving the defect or error. In these cases, the shipping costs and any customs duties are borne by GOLF CLUB SRL.
Returns must be sent in the packing box originally used by GOLF CLUB SRL, accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Return procedure and instructions
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Returns made after the deadline indicated will be accepted exclusively at the discretion of GOLF CLUB SRL.
Returns authorized by GOLF CLUB SRL must be shipped from the same country in which the order was originally shipped.
Authorized returns must be sent with the courier indicated by GOLF CLUB SRL in the e-mail containing the return instructions. GOLF CLUB SRL reserves the right not to accept returns in the event that the customer entrusts the shipment to a courier other than the one indicated and in the event that the delivery involves additional costs for GOLF CLUB SRL or requires collection at a branch of the courier. .
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the GOLF CLUB SRL warehouses, if the items are intact, for orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in about 10 days and will be visible on the next card statement. . GOLF CLUB SRL will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase. Legal guarantee of conformity
