The following methods of payment are accepted by GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM

-  PAYPAL: GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM welcomes payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified Paypal account is registered with.

 - CREDIT CARD: GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM accepts major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB. The payment will be processed through the PayPal portal. (The Client does not need a PayPal account).

- BANK WIRE TRANFER: When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the customer will automatically receive an email confirming the account information for GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE’s bank account. 

It is mandatory that the Client send a scan of the bank transaction within 48 hours of confirming the order at customers@golfclub-boutique.com, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

In any case GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE reserves the right to delay shipment in case of extraordinary events not attributable to it. For delivery outside the European union we are not responsible any delays due to customs.


Orders placed before 12 am will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, will be shipped the next day.



GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE’s shipments are made via express couriers and are sent from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. Merchandise ordered during the weekend will be sent on the following Monday.


When the merchandise is sent, the customer will receive an email with the details of the order. To trace the product you will find the tracking number to be inserted in the site of the company that provides the transport service.


All orders placed on GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM  will be accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each individual item in Euro, in accordance with current trade laws.


We would like to remind our new customers that, before sending the parcel, GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE will ask BCC Borgo San Giacomo to contact the customer’s bank in order to receive an approval of the payment. This operation might slightly delay the delivery.


Upon receiving their order, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the merchandise before signing the delivery note. GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE merchandise is carefully packaged and sealed with GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE adhesive tape. If for any reason the packaging seems damaged or the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are kindly requested either to sign the “delivery unchecked” note or to refuse the delivery.


If the delivery is accepted through an unauthorized signature or if there are proofs of the package being damaged, Customers are kindly requested to report it immediately to the local DHL office and to contact GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE


If for any reason the order is not successfully delivered to the address given by the customer in the trade contract, the package might be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. What is more, all customers ordering merchandise at GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE establish a trade relation with GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE and therefore undertake to accept delivery the delivered package: if for any reason the customer refuses the delivery of the package or requires the return to the sender at the time of delivery, any shipping charges, charged to GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM, will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.


In case of RETURNS, all expenses related to returning merchandise to the sender will be charged to GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE for returns from Italy and made with DHL couriers. Otherwise shipments expenses will be on charge of the Client.

All expenses (shipment ad custom fees) for RETURNS from abroad will be on charge of the Client.


For articles in pre-order the shipment will be made upon arrival of the goods in accordance.


GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage for free. Once the shipment reaches its destination the insurance becomes invalid.



All products are delivered with a safety seal with GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE logo on each item. Customers may be try on clothes or other items without removing the safety seal. Returns will be accepted only if the the red, numbered security seal is perfectly intact. The seal can be made of plastic or, in the case of footwear and accessories a numbered label, both numbered with a unique code and displaying GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE logo. We will not under any circumstances accept returns if the security seal is cut, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with. Every item must be returned including all labels, packaging and accessories (Bags, hangers, garment covers, boxes, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes part of the product itself and must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging.


In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or in case of errors in shipments on the part of GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM the customer is kindly requested to follow the same instructions as below.

Swimwear and underwear (such as bikini) should be tried on over your underwear. Return of such items will be rejected and returned to the customer if the transparent sanitary protection has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.


All returned items are inspected by GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM and must meet all the parameters listed in the return process. GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to impose a charge equal to 10% of the value of returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all terms and conditions prescribed by its return policy and regulations.


If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, intact and unworn items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order. Before enabling the return process, the Customer must ensure that the items are in the same condition as when received, including labels, packaging and accessories (garment covers, hangers, boxes, etc.).



  1. To activate the return procedure the Customer must contact us through the appropriate page which is accessed through MY ACCOUNT, MY ORDER, clik on VIEW ORDER and at the bottom of the page the Client can insert the reason for return request, GOLFCLUB BOUTIQUE will notify the activation of the return process via email.
  2. Return procedure to change size or color:  it is possible to change with a different size or a different color of the same article, if available. 

You can change with a different item only if the amount of the selected article is higher than the price paid for the item you wish to make.

If, at the time, the customer does not find an article with which to change your purchase CLUB BOUTIQUE will issue a voucher with a code to use for a future purchase. The code is valid for one year and will have the value of the amount paid and not the amount of the article (in the event that the item was purchased on sale or in promotion)

The Client can request the return of the merchandise and the restitution of the amount paid, in this case will be held all the shipping costs and any customs clearance charges, plus a 10% on the total paid by the Client.  GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM will communicate by email the balance to the Client.

  1. The return of the items must be received at the headquarters of GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM within 10 days of the written confirmation of the activation of the procedure made by the  customer.



  1. The return must be made with DHL couriers. The return is FREE AND INSURED* in the event of theft or loss during shipment to our warehouse Orzinuovi(BS).
  2. GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than the ones we indicated. If the customer decides to choose another courier, the cost of return and any theft or loss will be charged exclusively to the customer. 



  1. The return must be made through our express couriers.
  2. You will need to pay the cost of returning the order(shipment and custom fees).
  3. The return, if made with our express couriers, is insured in case of theft or loss during shipment to our warehouse Orzinuovi (BS), ITALY.
  4. GOLFCLUB-BOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse returns unauthorized or shipped by couriers other than the ones indicated by us. In case the customer decides to choose another courier, theft or loss will be charged exclusively on the customer.


* If you ask to return the same product more than one time, return must be arranged by the customer with DHL and costs are on customer's charge
